- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible! My husband and I were given a false quote in the beginning. Every week for two months changes were made to our policy without an explanation. One of the agents, Ken was very rude to my husband when we were seeking to understand the changes. We were basically told to "deal with it, or find another agency". We are disgusted with the lack of professionalism that we've received. We thought that switching from State Farm would be good...bad decision!By Nieshala Smith, May 31, 2017
